G Wright Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates The Tip Card mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, full name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those services.

Tipping and Transaction Data

We collect data about your tipping activity, including bill amounts, tip percentages, tip amounts, total amounts, split counts, rounding preferences, currency, and associated notes. We also record the day of week, time of day, and your device locale when a tip is saved.

Venue and Location Data

When you use the Discover feature, we access your device's precise location (GPS) to find nearby venues. We collect venue names, addresses, coordinates, categories, price levels, and your distance from them. Location data is collected only while the App is in use and only with your permission.

Service Rating Data

When you rate a venue's service, we collect your ratings across multiple service quality categories, service tags you select, and any comments you provide.

Device Information

We automatically collect device locale, operating system, and platform type for analytics and functionality purposes.

You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. You can exercise this right through the "Do Not Sell My Data" toggle in the App's Profile settings. Note that opting out does not affect data already sold prior to your request.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain data for up to 7 years for analytics, legal compliance, and business purposes. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure cloud storage. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
