We respect your right to control your data. You can request deletion of your TipCard account and all associated data at any time.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open TipCard and sign in
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.
Can't Access the App?
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your TipCard account in the body of the email
- We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation
What Gets Deleted
When we process your deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your account profile and authentication credentials
- All tip history and transaction records
- Venue ratings and service survey responses
- Saved preferences and favorite venues
- Location data associated with your account
Please note: Aggregated or de-identified data that has already been included in analytics datasets may be retained, as it cannot be linked back to your account. Data that has been shared with third parties prior to your deletion request is subject to those parties' data retention policies.
